An Overview of the City's Business Growth Services Programs

Thomas McGinty is an Economic Development Officer for the City of Toronto. He is a certified Economic Developer with both the Economic Developers Association of Canada (Ec.D.) and International Economic Development Council (CecD). His mandate is to help accelerate economic growth in the city and increase employment opportunities. This is done by providing business development programs and supporting economic policies.  Some of the areas they can help include:

·       expansion and location assistance

·       export development

·       business incentives

·       access to funding

·       workforce development
