On Monday June 25th, the Toronto Leaside Rotary Club hosted 23 delegates attending the 2018 Rotary International Convention in Toronto at an outdoor dinner reception. It was at the home of Phil and Martie Russel. The delegates were from Australia, New Zealand, France, United States and Canada. In the group was Ingrid Waugh, District Governor Elect for District 9920 (1/2 Auckland and 7 Pacific Islands).
It was a great opportunity to welcome our visitors to the beautiful city of Toronto, grow the fellowship which is an integral part of Rotary and learn more about what Rotary is contributing to the communities that we serve in the countries represented. Thanks to the many members and their spouses of the Leaside Rotary Club who made the overseas guests so welcome.
