Topic: Mindful Breathing and Lower Body Circuit 
This session will teach the participants how to trigger a relaxation response through deep breathing. It will cover the benefits of deep breathing, the physiology of deep breathing for stress management and promotion of good health. This will also teach participants some zero equipment lower body exercises that they can do anywhere and anytime.
